Before anything else, you’ll fill out a short application to help me understand where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and whether we’re the right fit. I don’t take on every project, not because I don’t want to help, but because I care deeply about ensuring that every client I work with gets results.

If your application looks like a strong fit, we’ll schedule a 60-minute discovery call to dive deeper into your goals, your audience, your challenges, and what success would look like. This is a collaborative, strategic conversation, not a sales pitch. You’ll walk away with more clarity, no matter what.

After our call, I’ll prepare a custom proposal outlining a clear, strategic path forward. I don’t believe in sending a menu of disconnected services. Piecemeal work often goes nowhere. Instead, I create one integrated recommendation that’s designed to help you meet your goals — thoughtfully and efficiently.
Of course, there’s room for discussion and revision to make sure it feels right to you. But I’ll be honest — if I don’t believe the work will serve you well, I won’t recommend it. I care too much to take on projects that don’t have a strong foundation.

Most clients choose to split their total into multiple payments, invoiced at key milestones throughout the project. We’ll walk through the structure together as part of your proposal to ensure it works for both of us.

In most cases, no. I don’t offer one-off deliverables without a clear strategic foundation — not because I want to upsell, but because I care about outcomes. After years of experience, I’ve seen that investing in a single piece (like a logo or a website) without the bigger picture in place rarely moves the needle.
That said, there are situations where a single deliverable is the right next step — and if I genuinely believe that’s all your business needs at this stage, I’ll absolutely build a proposal around that. My goal is always to recommend the most effective path forward, not the biggest scope.

Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most full start-up projects take between 8–12 weeks from kickoff to completion. This includes time for strategy, design, content creation, feedback, and final implementation.

Yes. You’ll work directly with me throughout the entire process. In some cases, I’ll bring in trusted partners (like a designer or SEO expert), but I’ll always remain your main point of contact and strategic lead.

That’s totally okay — the discovery and proposal process will help us determine what’s most essential right now. Some clients start with a brand strategy and coaching package, and layer in the website or launch support later. We’ll build something that meets you where you are.
