  • We start with a 90-minute session to unpack where your business is now, what’s changed, and where you're headed. We'll dig into what's working, what’s no longer aligned, and what success looks like in this next chapter.

  • I’ll review all your current branded materials and assets—visuals, messaging, and tone—and provide a comprehensive audit outlining strengths, inconsistencies, and areas to update. Then I’ll create a creative direction brief with your updated brand goals, inspiration, and recommendations to guide the visual development process.

  • Here’s where your new look comes to life. You’ll receive:

    • A refined logo + submark

    • Custom colour palette

    • Typography recommendations

    • Moodboard to capture your updated direction

    • A brand guide outlining how to use your new identity consistently

    Two rounds of revisions are included to ensure everything feels just right.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a branded asset checklist outlining exactly what to update—across digital platforms, marketing materials, signage, packaging, and more—so nothing gets missed during your transition.

  • You’ll also receive:

    • A technical checklist (domains, email, social handles, etc.)

    • A tailored mini launch plan with recommendations for communicating your rebrand to clients, collaborators, and your audience

  • Want me to help apply your new brand across your website, templates, or marketing materials? I offer hands-on support for rollout and brand asset updates at an additional cost.

    • Once finalized, you’ll receive:

      • A customized brand standards document.

      • Primary logo and alternate/icon logo files in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, JPEG) for web, print, and social media.

      • Font files and HEX/RGB colour codes for consistent branding.
